Complex projects working across multiple languages, countries and cultures that involve multiple stakeholders and pressing political pressures require smart services delivered by best-in-class specialists. Too often, the daunting size and apparent complexity of such projects drives decision makers towards leviathan companies that may appear to be able to do it all and seem too big to fail.

Governments in particular are drawn to this option despite repeated evidence that, more often than not, such approaches fail. They fail because the leviathans don’t usually have, in-house, all the capabilities and skills the project needs and resort to subcontractors and consultants.

We work with our customers to carefully define the outcomes, targets and deadlines required to ensure congruence of understanding. We then agree methods and procedures and identify best in class companies that specialise in providing those services in each of the countries and languages in which the project is to be delivered.

We draw these companies together in a framework partnership whereby each company has its own agreed budget and deliverables operating under Conexium’s project manager and sharing open-book financial accounts. This approach, proven in may complex projects, ensures quality delivery on time and on budget.
